Polishing a GP2

Has anyone polished up there GP2, I am asking this because i want the ball to get through the early part of the lane. Let me know if anyone has done this or what i should do.

Read the reviews on the GP2, there were a couple there that said they polished it.

i tried mine polished didnt like it wasnt what i wanted also polished my friends we both took the polish off
