scroggins...and the delta one

So much for making the ball look good...PA made the "One" look better.  Scroggins did have a few blow up 10s.  Other than that, missing those one pin spares hurt.  They said the approach was slick.

My mistake.  I wanted to say that asymmetrical balls are not any worse on tough lane conditions than symmetrical balls.  That is a myth.  I feel you will see more top shelf balls this season in the PBA.

I dont think that is quite true from what I have seen symmetrical balls are still slightly better on tougher conditions......

I agree you might see more top end stuff due to the newer oils and lane machine. Lots of complaints on tour about the disperity between practice and qualifying, and qualifying to show. According to the Track rep if someone makes the show usually they drill 5 new balls as the variables of camera lighting greatly effect the conditions and end up playing different then they do all week.

Hey FASTTRACKERS,

I would just like to let everyone that ol' Scroggins is the # 1 seed going into match-play for this week's Empire State Open! They say in the article he was using a Track Arsenal but didn't reveal which one. God Bless you all and take care!

Is it the ball or what?  Where did he come from this year.  Track is really working for him.  I wonder if he's using the arsenal reactive?

Realize he won his major with Brunswick and has just switched to Track.

Assymetrics seem to agree with him and he is a very good bowler!
