I am planning to buy either a slash or crunch time. And I was wondering which would be a better fit for my need.
I am looking for a ball I can use on our house where the heads go fast as well as carrydowns fast and usually med (heavy med the most)-light. More of a stroker/tweener medium revs and medium speed. I would like something I could chase the oil with as the heads go fast in our house. Drilling recommendations is also appreciated.

I would drill a Slash for length, 5inch pin to PAP, C.G swung out with a small weighthole to increase the flare so you get a little more continuation on the backend. Leave it in box finish. I'm suprised at how well mine gets down the lane while dull.

I am not going to be of much help here. I do not think you can go wrong with either. The CrunchTime tends to have alittle more "kick" in the backends, and probably a hair more length. Overall though both of these balls hit extremely well and carry the corners. The CrunchTime will clear the drying heads a little better.

Do you think crunch time will be able to handle carrydown? Or is slash better at this it being dull?

Do you see the ball being able to carry even from deep lines? I have a messenger
but if there is any carrydown it doesn't carry.
I wanted this ball to be first ball out of bag in our league. Probably could use whole 3 games, chasing oil and still handle carrydown.

Because it has a stronger backend the Crunch Time is better on carrydown<<<<<as long as you can find dry at the breakpoint.
