My neighbor gave me a brand new 505C2 ball.  It is not exactly what I had wanted, but you cant beat a free new ball.  Anyways I am basically just a league bowler now, maybe a few tournaments here and there.  Usually I avg in the low 200s and bowl in medium oil.  I am a low rev player, medium ball speed, and normally play a down and in shot.  Right now I am throwing a hammer "no mercy" and I have the original (1997) track heat for backup.  The "no mercy" does not seem to work too well for me (not sure if its the drilling or not?).  My original track heat seems to have more hook and I can not understand it.  Do you guys think the 505c2 will work well for me and what would a good dual angle layout be?

So you did not like the stronger back end?  I think that I would prefer to have the stronger back end due to my lower revs.  I do not know my exact rev rate or my axis tilts and what not.  My ball speed is around 15-17mph.
