Track Website Forums
« on: October 02, 2006, 09:49:38 AM »
Anybody else ever have problems accessing the forums on the Track website?  I enter the free ball contest every day, yet I have never ever been able to access any of the forum topics.  After clicking on a topic (such as Balls or Tips), I slowly get about 3 bars showing the page is loading, but then it stalls out at 4 bars, and that is it.  This never has happened at any other forums that I belong to, so I just don't get it.  Any ideas on what is going on?  Oh, and I've tried this on a couple of other machines and have the same problem.  Help.

I haven't been able to enter for months now. I use AOL. Anything about that involved in the problem?

try deleting your temporary files located when you click on (assuming you're using Internet Explorer)

Tools
Internet Options
middle section there's a button "Delete Files"

That should remove and allow you to refresh when you visit the site.

I'm on a fairly fast DSL line, so speed is not a problem, and I've tried deleting the temporary internet files, clearing history, and refreshing the page.  Nothing seems to work.  I just emailed Track explaining the problem to them to see if the problem is maybe with their servers or maybe something else.  If they respond back with something useful, I'll let everyone know.

Yeah kayoung08, I knew about them getting new servers, but I thought they were supposed to be installed a couple of weeks ago.  Guess they are just a little on the sloooow side about getting them up and running, or just running correctly, lol.  Isn't technology great

Track has had this problem for a couple years that I know of.  I just think they have a bunch of bone heads running this thing.
