Scott, I could not agree more. I feel anytime you can get the higher end balls in your hand you will be at an advantage. I prefer weaker drillings on stronger surfaces over weaker balls. Also, sanding the ball going with the track will really calm the reaction down. Really the opposite of the old days when you sanded urethane to get more hook. Stronger covers, weaker drillings, and more surface usually works best.
