Because of your ball speed, I'd suggest the full "Monty": pin at ring finger height, 4" from PAP and CG 3" - 3.5" from PAP; weight hole, if required, (Probably in thumb positive quadrant, with that pin-CG distance) 6" from grip center.
The ball is great for that type of line, but remember it needs to hit dry to make the turn, even at your revs. Mine made the turn and when I did most things correctly, pins flew every which way. Just got my own 16 lb (migrating from 15 lb) also via Ebay and from bowlingball.com.
FYI I'm probably doing the same type of drill, although my revs and ball speed are lower than yours.
If you've never thrown this ball, watching it make that turn is a sight that will make you one happy bowler.
One more item: if you need or want to handle carrydown (probably won't with that gloss stock polish), change the finish from polish to compound finish with Clean and SHeen. It'll hook slightly earlier and more, but still be a great ball. The difference is or should be minimal but you'll handle carrydown better.
(Sorry to ramble on; achappy turned me on to this ball and I'd like to help others discover its ... goodness.)
