Title: Starting a new Arsenal
Post by: hotshot187 on September 26, 2005, 09:26:21 AM
I am selling all my 16 # track stuff and going to start all over with 15's.  Want to start off with something small maybe a three-ball arsenal.  Something is going to cover Med-Heavy, Medium, and medium-light conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Doug

I think a great 3 ball track arsenal would be as follows.

heavy oil: arsenal reactive
med oil: xception
light oil: desert heat

This is an awesomw arsenal.  I have the arsenal reactive and desert.  Great balls that you will be very hapy that you bought.

Hey Doug,

Per your choices, I'd go...

Rule Delta 1
5.0
Heat or

Arsenal Reactive
Xception
Desert Heat  (still think chi peaked in my bag)

First set is a little on the stronger side and set 2 is just a little weaker.  Hope this helps some..

If I were starting a new arsenal the first 2 balls I would get would be:
Slash - Med to Med/Hvy
Solution Power Plus Ex - Med to Med/Lt
These 2 will cover vitually any house shot you will come across.
They both have a version of the Elite core which I find to give a very consistent reaction and is quite forgiving when your release is a little off.
I think the core to any good arsenal is having a couple of balls that are very versatile like these 2, then add the more condition specific balls above and below them.
