Just curious whether anybody uses theirs. If so do you follow the directions that came with it? Does it work?

I use mine pretty regularly. I don't use the energizer cleaner, but I use rubbing alcohol. It works pretty well. Sometimes I'll use 409 or diluted Simple Green and put it by a heater vent to help the process just a little bit more.

I keep my Track balls in the microfiber bags inside my roller.  Mainly for extra protection and insulation when it gets cold.

I use other products for cleaning.
