Both would complement each other fairly well. The Anarchy as you know goes long but has a strong backend. It also has a heavy roll to it for a pearl. The 715T will read the midlane a few feet earlier but still keeps the heavy roll and retains a lot of energy to carry well.
I would start with the 715T first on the fresh. As the lanes transition, switch to the Anarchy to keep the carry percentage up and get that little bit of extra angle.
However, you may want to wait until March as the new 716T comes out. It will be slightly stronger than the original 715T due to the upgraded cover/core, but still give the true track-tion shape that the 715T was known for. From what I have seen, the wait for that ball would be worth it. If you don't want to wait for that, a 919C will still be similar but gives more of a continuous hook (919C goes slightly longer than the 716T but not as long as the Anarchy). I used the 919C/Anarchy combo this past week when the lanes had heavy volume and it paid off big time.
