« on: March 22, 2004, 03:51:25 PM »
I'm not a Track fan, never tried one either,(Hmmm??) so I'm not a basher,....I don't like the release a weak program, and with all the talk of new stuff coming, the Crash, Animal Untamed, Sheer Havoc, etc, etc,....I went over to Tracks website!

Well, much to my surprise..........well, you look at it !  Much better!

Now you can get your arms around what they're doing........

Jeff: I am a cautious Track fan, but not a Track lunatic. Frankly, I'm not sure the current moves will result in a better overall line-up. The reality is that most of the balls they just discontinued are very good pieces of equipment. One of the discontinued balls, the Thrash, is arguably among the best all round medium condition balls available from anyone. I don't really need a new ball right now, but I ordered a Thrash last last week to squirrel away before they disappear into the history books.

It's all about economics, and Track discontinued some balls that were not big sellers. Time will tell if future replacements are worthy of their predecessors.

Hi Steven, good points as usual !

But , also, alot of them were older and overlapped with others !

The Animal has my interest.......from my driller (king of the mill) he said withteh Morpheous core, you can take 2 or 3 of these, and I can make it cover 95% of what you see !  That's intriguing........but anyhow.......

What they have listed makes more sense, and not so confusing.....

Jeff, I may be the biggest Track fan on this site.  That's debatable, but it may be true: who knows.  Anyway, I've been a huge Track fan for years and have thrown nothing but almost all of the time.  Track is a great company with down to earth views and owners.  They have staff that are more than willing to help with what ever you need.  Give them a call someday.  The customer service is the greatest I've ever experienced with a ball company.  I just can't say enough good things about this company.  I've NEVER felt this way about a ball company before.  Maybe that's why I was in a slump for a long time.  Track brought my love of the game back.

Hi everyone.  Just a quick update on our website.  We've been changing servers and the site has been a little unstable.  It can be a little frustrating, I understand.  Please be assured that we are working on the problem and appreciate your patience.

Ernie, thank you for the kind words about our Customer Service.  We work VERY hard at giving everyone excellent service and we pride ourselves in that.  Thanks again for commenting.  It makes all of our hard work worthwhile.
