Many of you have been coming to the Track Forum for a long time, others are starting to do so now.

This thread is to find out if you feel that the staffers that frequent this forum have done a good job.
1- Do you feel we have?
2- Have we done well in answering the questions that you have?
3- Is there a better techniquie we could be using?
4- Do you feel that we have been too technical in our answers?
5- Have we been knowledgeable in the answers we have given, and if not have we done our best to make sure we got the correct answer to you?

Lastly, please list some of the comments that you may have about this forum.

Thank you for your time in answering!

I have not been posting on the site as long as some of the other Track staffers
but I hope I have been good at answering your questions about our equipment.
I have been on Track Pro staff for six years and have seen a lot of change in our equipment over the years. Our equipment went from good to leading the bowling world in technology and it is awesome being able to throw our equipment and being on the inside to see what is coming in the future.
One of the major things we concentrate on is customer service. I feel we have the best customer service in the business and it is backed up by the feedback we receive from all of you.
I am proud to be on Track's Pro Staff and I welcome any questions you might have for me.

Charlest your dry lane ball is coming. Just wait a couple of months.

The Track Staffers have been a tremendous help especially Rick!  I read the forum frequently and always learn something new.  The advice is on point and they promptly return any messages or posts quickly.  I will definitely continue to visit this site for bowling knowledge and advice.  Way to go guys!

Charles, I appreciate the comments. We work so hard because Track has done alot for us. I was affiliated with another company with the same deal i have now with Track back in 2001, and Track is by FAR better than the previous company. Better customer service and better people. Sometimes its not about a ball or 2, its about how we get treated as well.

Charlest,

In all honesty I can really say that we do not recieve "paychecks" or cash. It is more along the lines that Track.....from the staffers on up to Del himself are a very good team. They design topnotch equipment and we get to help customers decide if this equipment fits their needs or not.  Del seems to salivate at feedback on equipment, and his ear is always open to what the customer/bowler is asking for. The purpose of this survey is simply to help us be able to help customers better.

Thank you for posting the link. I am still very much computer illiterate but I knew I had seen that somewhere previously.

Hey Ex,
I read your posts ALL the time. Especially yours, Clint and Tenpinspro!!! I knew you all were pro shop operators, but never really paid attention to the Track Advisory Staff monicker! Yes, your responses and explanations have been top notch, and taken in like a sponge by me. Keep up the good work. That's why I have my own little computer grouping of USERS to NOT IGNORE!!! And you're on it.
Some days you're the bug....some days you're the windshield...that's bowling!

JERRY,

"A HOOKER ON THE LANES"? Please try to keep it "G" rated, we have some youngsters that read these posts.

I do not know what it is, but I am in such a joking mood today. Enjoy it while it is here. Tax season is over the horizon*L*

As far as any other comments or suggestions, how about a general post on some of the technical terms that are discussed here on the forums with definitions.

Brian,

You might want to check out an unoffical FAQ that one of our "inmates" has been kind enough to put together. It was alot of work, but I think there is a LOT of very valuable information in it. Be ready for a lot of reading but see:

http://home.mchsi.com/~s-cross-7-28-71/FAQ.htm

I have it saved and bookmarked/placed in Favorites.
