« on: September 23, 2007, 10:32:28 AM »
Hey everybody, i was just wondering if any of u had magic shine seperate on them. Also is their any grit in it because there was a whole bunch of black little particles on the bottome of the bottle. And i couldn't get it to go away. Should i take it back or would it be ok.

Any polish with abrasive in it will separate if left sitting over a long period of time. Yes, it does NOT have abrasives in it. Just shake it for 10 minutes or so. Then it should be good to go.
(Upon re-edit: as far as I know it does not have abrasives in it.Not sure what I was thinking the first time. I can't imagine whatthose black particles are.)

If you just bought it as new, I would take it back and ask for a new one. Getting some of these to mix up again can be a royal pain in the you-know-where.

I didn't think Magic Shine had an abrasive.
I thought it was clear....no change in cover when you use it?

Since MShine was USBC approved for use during competition at one time, it indicates that it has no abrasives. I think CnSheen and CnTacky were not approved eventhough CnD & PWash are. Current list does not list some of the discontinued items.
