Paradox V vs Hammer Black Widow Gold

I know the Hammer Gold is a hook monster.  Is the Paradox V similar?

I have the Paradox V, but not the Black Widow Gold. However, I've seen the Gold thrown by a few different bowlers. To my naked eye, they seem very similar. I checked out the ball comparison link on Bowlingthismonth.com, and it rates them as almost identical.

The BW gold is a little earlier and little more back-end IMO.
I also think the BW gold cover is a little more responsive to friction than the Paradox V.
Only way I would have both in the same bag is different layout and surfaces
