what do you guys think of this ball for medium lights-light oil patters? will it be long with nice backend snap?
-
It won't be nice and long unless you drill it weak and use a polish with a slip agent in it. Track doesn't have anything out currently that really qualifies as a medium light or light oil ball.

IMO, the Temper is the earliest rolling ball in the track line. It has the least backend but it rolls the quickest. It is great for med-heavy conditions where the rising is just to strong, and the kinetic is just to long. The Temper is in no way a lighter oil ball. The temper is a improved Pheonix with more backend. It will still roll like the Pheonix did but it has some kick on the back.

try the red vibe for light oil

I rolled the Temper last night on a medium-light THS and pured 8 strikes in a row between the end of the first and start of the second game. Too bad to oil transistioned to light (enter the Cherry Vibe), but I must say the Temper is impressive.
