PBA World Championship Shot
« on: October 02, 2004, 06:07:24 AM »
Hey all,
I'm bowling a pba regional next weekend that is an RPI qualifier, so they're running the world championship 41 ft. shot. Any ideas on balls/layouts you think i should take to have a good look? I have most of the balls in the current line, and a few from past years. See profile for specs. Thanks in advance.

I went to watch the southern regional in Spartanburg which was our R.P.I. and Randy Weiss won it and he is on track staff. He used a rule, sheer havoc, crash, and a freak a zoid.  I have seen him use the sheer havoc and crash on all the patterns they are his favorite balls.  He was using the crash mostly in his last match if I rember correctly.  Sorry but I didn't see how his balls were laid out , but he was playing a very direct line to the pocket not down an in but a very tight small arch shot.  Hope this little bit of info can help you at your RPI.

I should just quit bowling, oh wait I already tried that.
