Thinking of adding some track to my arsenal for the fall
« on: August 03, 2006, 01:11:45 PM »
Heres what i got...

Heavy oil- Passion drilled 3-3/4 x 4-1/2 MB pin 2" above mid hole pitched away on my VAL
Hooks a bunch...very even and rolly but never quits on me

Medium Heavy- Insert track ball here! (Mean machine maybe?)

Medium-arc SR300 4 X 3-1/2 MB pin 1" above mid...hole in the thumb quadrant
even and predictable turns the corner well if there is no carrydown but it never really over reacts

Medium- skid flip- insert track ball here! (Equation maybe?)

Medium-Light raw hammer pain 4-1/2 x 3 pin above ring finger...hole on my pap POLISHED
gets down the lane super clean when everything else is hooking up too early with a real smooth reaction on the backend

Light- Whirlwind 5 x 4
havent thrown this yet still sitting in the shop

heres my stats
300 RPM (guestimate)
15 degrees of tilt
15 mph ball speed
PAP 4-3/8 over 5/8 up

ALL suggestions and questions are welcome!!!  Feel free to include suggested drillings for the balls too!

thanks in advance guys

Hey Britton,

I believe it would be safe to say that the Mean Machine and Equation would fit the bill buddy! Hopefully I can help provide you with some more details within the next week to come since I will finally be receiving both balls! Hope this helps some! God Bless You and have a great week!

I am not sure that mean machine would fit under the passion.....it hooks much more than any passion I have seen thrown.

HOWEVER.....with the proper layout it should work nicely.

The Equation fits the bill perfectly for the skid/flip slot you want to fill.
