Tonight shot 244, 245, 212 for 701. Used my Equation the whole night, standing 25, playing 12 at the arrows to 8 at the breakpoint, ending  up 28-14-8. This is the first 700 I shot in about 3 years. Hopefully this will be the start of something good.

Thanks for the props. Yes, it was physical. In 2005, I had my left knee scoped once, and my right knee twice. It took almost 2yrs to get back to almost normal. My leg strength has increased tremendously in the last couple of months, and when I get this weight down (right now about 235, want to get to between 195-200, at 6 ft tall), things will really get going. Got a lot of hard work ahead (more diet than the gym). What helped me tonight is trusting my thumb release. I buckled down and snugged up my thumbhole with two pieces of black tape in the back, and concentrated on relaxing my thumb through the swing.

Hey Buck,

Way to go buddy!  That's not a jinx man when you've had surgery.  Glad your recovery is going well.  I'm still learning that with age, "everything takes longer then before"...the brain doesn't feel older but the body sure does.
