Track Animal drilling
« on: October 03, 2005, 11:52:42 AM »
Sorry for the explanation, but this is as close as I could get with the drilling.  I bought this ball for heavy oil, but everytime I get near heavy oil, the ball just skids.  I have medium-high revs, and throw the ball about 14-16 m.p.h. I was wondering what kind of reaction I should expect to get.  My pro shop owner told me this was drilled for maximum hook and if it is, then for me this is a very weak ball in heavy oil.  Thanks.

Hey TheMan,

Lowering the pin below fingers will help get it into a sooner roll vs pin above but remember we control "reaction shape" with the mass bias.

I I wanted to get the ball into an earlier roll I would just move the pin down and the mb onto my VAL and this should get me the desired reaction I want?  I want this ball to hook as much as possible.
