Well Fast Trackers.. i picked up a freee Track Avenger used from a friend.. I know nothing about this ball, and would also like to know what it can do with it's current layout..

Is this ball worth plugging to fit my hand, or should i forget about it?

Hmm, okay, i'll take that into consideration... any other opinions on this ball?

No, it isn't worth plugging. You should just send it to me and I'll discard it for you

Seriously, it sounds like it could be a good ball to go between your Robo and PM. I would definately have it plugged to fit you as long as the weight is ok with you.

As far as the current layout, that is exactly how my X 5.0 is drilled, and that is skid/snap for me. However, reading some reviews, if the ball has any kind of surface to it, expect it to check up somewhat early without sufficient head oil, still having pretty good backend. With a little more head oil, expect some decent length with a very strong backend movement. Heavy oiler for its time, I would still expect it to be a heavier medium ball at worse.

Nothing but the Flaming T for me.

Hey Brian,

I wasn't on staff then but I was on the top 100 pro shops list back then so I was getting Track seed balls as well.  I had this ball and it was more of a skid flip reaction for me used on med lite to med/med oil.  I'd say now it would be under your Power Machine.  The stronger oilers we had then was the Silencer, Assassin and Enforcer.

I'd plug it and play with it.
