Being a freestanding pro shop has many benefits, but one obvious downside-no bowling alley to go test what you just drilled. My local bowling alley has a special every Sunday morning. For $7, you get your own lane for 2 hours, and you go bowl as many games as you can get in. Pretty cheap, auto scores, etc. Went down today and was told only Saturday night league had bowled on the shot, so it should be ok. Started out with my dull Rule, go 772 for the first 3 games. Heads started to go, switched to my Phenom #1(cg in palm) and Phenom Unleashed (cg in palm as well) and shot the lights out for a few games, but both balls were out of box surface, and they started to go when the heads got worse as well. Last ball was the Animal, out of box surface, cg in palm (you can see all my reviews as I have 2 of every ball with the exception of the Freak-A-Zoid, I only have one. Animal was great, polish got the ball through the heads very clean and had great pop for the backend even with last nights carrydown and all I had bowled already. Even popped out a 290. My point? I bowled 18 games, yes 18 games in 2 hours, had 136 strikes, averaged 237 for the session, with 4 different Track balls. I played outside at first with the Rule up 10 with the remnants of last nights oil and finished hitting 17 out to 12 and back with the Animal. I am trying to say and show I had a Track ball for everything I needed. I could play wherever I wanted and here is the secret, I COULD ALSO CARRY from all those places as well. Backend continuation on all of my equipment can not be matched by anything I threw before I went on the Advisory staff and EVERY single ball reads the lanes very well!
If you have any questions, please write as I will get back to you as soon as possible!
