ROBO RULE/DELTA 1
ARSENAL REACTIVE
ARSENAL AGGRESSIVE
BLUE HEAT
SLASH
XCEPTION 5.0
ARSENAL ANGULAR
XCEPTION

I'd modify that slightly, keeping in mind that this list is not based on hooking power but on oil handling power. I moved 2 balls slightly from chitown's list; other people might also move some balls.

Strongest to the weakest:
GP2
ROBO RULE
DELTA 1
ARSENAL AGGRESSIVE
BLUE HEAT
ARSENAL REACTIVE
SLASH
* Solution PowerPlus
XCEPTION 5.0
ARSENAL ANGULAR
XCEPTION
HEAT & Solution PowerPlus Ex
DESERT HEAT

charlest,

I'd have to agree with your placement of the SPP.  The ball is surprisingly strong thrown in oil.
