Look at how close the reaction is to the original tho? I shined my original already so can't see needing the Pearl.

Sure layouts can separate them but I'm shocked the 2 balls are so close together reaction wise.

That was one of my first thoughts also.  Maybe 2 boards max.

I am guessing you won't see a large difference unless you are bowling on a pretty flat pattern or on something pretty dry upfront.

When you shined it did you change the surface?  If you didn't have either ball, would you buy the solid or the pearl?

Thanks.

New listing/review for this on BTM.

I had touched it with 2000 by hand then applied a non grit polish to it. Its hard to say which 1 I'd go with given the choice because I'm not sure there's much of a difference between them and the original polished is great so I'm happy with it.

Took my original to 4000 then shined it.  Looks like a pearl, acts like a pearl, and I cant imagine anything better.  Carry on one house shot where I normally struggle has been phenomenal.  I also had a pretty good look with it on a fresh 50 foot Don Carter pattern, but I played the transitions wrong

He wanted the Heat instead. Down the lane and left with a weak drilling.
