Take a pic of it and resize to 75 kb or so as I believe huge kb size would be an issue but don't know for sure and send via the submit from your PC.

Have someone take a pic for you that has a camera.  Or scan and resize.

I think a printing shop would have a scanner.  You can have them scan it and put in on some kind of portable media like a flash drive.  How much would charge?  Good question.  Or if you a friend with an all in one printer you can ask him to scan it for you.  Most of them are copier and scanner combined.

I'd think for most that don't have digital cameras they may not have flash drives either.

I'd go with finding a friend that has a digital camera.  Have him/her take a pic resize to 75kb and e-mail it to you so you save on your PC and submit via Track's Facebook page.

Most of these offers now and in the future will require proof of purchase and assume the consumer has a modicum of tech ability.

My digtial camera broke but I have lots of flash drives.

One more solution, find a friend with a modern phone and have the person take a picture with it and email it.  Some of the newer phones have better resolution than some digital cameras.

BTW,  thanks for posting the info on the xtraframe.
