First honor score with Track equipment
« on: December 27, 2004, 01:26:41 PM »
Well it's taken me a couple of months but I finally shot an honor score with one of my Track pieces. Decided after struggling to shoot a 193 the first game with my Hot Wire, I pulled out the Rule and proceeded to reel off 11 in a row before leaving a 6-8 in the 12th for a 298 game. Probably should have put the ball away after that game though, as I struggled with carry (lots of 9 pins, 7 pins and 10 pins) for a 195 finish and a 686 series. But so far this year I've had a 298 and 299 with two different pieces, a 300 can't be far behind...

Nice shooting, Matt... Keep swinging. It'll come.

Good shooting Matt!  I knew something would be coming soon based on our conversations, you were stringing a lot and it just took a couple of breaks to help you get to this.  There'll be plenty more to come.
