Literally and for real...
The last weeks I tested my C+ and had good and not so good results... kinda wierd... but when I think about it I know the reason.
Well today I went to the other bowling alley which has brandnew AMF lanes and lays out a very walled THS - 38ft.
when I say "very walled" I mean balls burn up when played out... so there is not a real wall but a nasty desert out of 5!
Anyway when you play around board 8-12 with your breakpoint and speed and revs are good you will get a pocket... carry.... weeeeelll - thats a different story..
So... I went there as league will be there first time this season on sunday (here in Germany the official league dates are always sunday so everyone has time to come) and I could be set to play.
So rather get some practice there and find a line... now... not Sunday
Started out without warmup... so the first two games were "sacrificed" to warmup and "Hey! Let's find that line!"
Cause though pocket shots are easy to get and pins are very easy falling... carry is often compromised as the pins are somehow light... and fly a lot... AND I DON'T LIKE THAT!
Well I took my MAchine and my spare (XXXL) and nothing else!
Machine has to do it!
C+ is too strong and H2O I don't trust on those o/u lanes
so... two games for wamrup and line-finding:

Next game with three open frames ( the XXXL even when played "straighter" hooks on those backends... brandnew lanes):

took a step back and adjusted a bit my sparegame:

changed back to "normal" play with Machine etc... and struggled a bit... guess this was breakdown phase a bit:

I really like those lanes.... the one thing you are not allowed is down and in... ball will burn up or you have to use your plastic
And when you go tight inside you do not have tghe permission to miss too far outside or it will get stuck from burn up
Now anything is a pocket... but don't let me fool you... still carry is the trick there...
And you know what... the old center has so much oil layed out playing the outside part down and in is the best way... so all the house hacks will have a very bad day on Sunday
I won't I have a line... I know how to adjust.... and if nothing works ... plastic will!
