Track Seminar
« on: November 26, 2003, 01:10:29 AM »
I took my son to a Track Seminar today at Sayville Lanes on Long Island, New York.  Bob Learn, Jr., and Amleto Monacelli were there to help the participants (my son being one of them) with their games.  Amleto and another guy (whose name I can't remember) coached my son (Nick).  Nick said that they helped his game more than anyone with whom he's ever worked.  The squads were kept to about 6-7 people for about 45 minutes, and everyone got lots of attention.  I highly recommend that you check it out if it comes to a center near you!

Amleto's son was there too.  He's a cute little kid.

I edited my original post because there was a typo, and I think I misspelled Amleto's name.

There was quite a decent turnout.  I recruited 2 of my friends who were there practicing.  I wish I participated, but I didn't have my equipment with me, and didn't want to miss anything in my son's squad by going home to get it.  Oh well, maybe next time...
