mike,

The new balls was already added(crash/animal).  If you are refering to the unreleased balls, they would not be added until they are released.

I believe that they are fixing some Java or maybe updating the format a bit.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Hi everyone.  The website is currently "under construction" (that is the latest terminology, isn't it?) and will be down for a little while.  We hope to have it up and running shortly.  Thank you all for your patience and I'll post again when it is up and running.  If between now and then you have any questions that we can get answered for you in Customer Service, feel free to give us a call at 800-837-1106.  We have technical staff who will be more than happy to help.

Thanks again for your continued support and enjoy your evening!

For those who are not willing to wait, there seems to be a back door to the Track site. I was looking at the Morich page (www.morichbowling.com) and clicked on the 'Cleaning/Resurfacing' and then 'Track Inc's "Track Magic" line' and got in to the Track site - it's not complete but you can look at the gear, drill patterns, etc, for those who want / need this info.
