Preferred Surfaces for Uprising

says it all - please include application - used for heavy, medium, or light oil conditions. I have been trying to use mine for medium oil in OOB with not desireable results. 4.25 pin/PAP above ring with MB 1 inch right of grip CL w/ no XH. I get as much hook as my SE @ 2000A. Any suggestions will be appreciated!!!!!!

How many games are on your OOB cover? How much separation is there between the first 4-5 flare lines?

10 to 12 games with 1/4"+ between the rings

My comfort zone is not left of the 4th arrow & am leaving too many 10's. Strikes are fantastic, but not enough of them. The intent of the drill was for medium oil. More loft, straighter is greater, reduce turn, knock the shine off, or back in the bag for Equation or KPearl???

If the volume of oil permits it for your style I'd try taking the Uprising to 4000 abralon. That should smooth out the angularity you're uncomfortable with.  

Something to keep an eye on is what type of 10 pins you're leaving.  Flat 10s are partially the result of excessive lose of energy, i.e. too much surface or too aggressive of a layout/coverstock.  Ringing 10s are usually from too much energy which means switching to a ball with a touch stronger surface.

If you're leaving mostly ringing 10s my suggestion might give you a better look.
