Title: Tracks web site sucks
Post by: chitown on October 05, 2006, 01:18:57 AM
Does anyone else have trouble getting onto Tracks web site.  Sometimes I can log on to it fast, other times it takes forever.  I have never run across a web site that always has problems like Tracks!

This has happened to me ever since I have went onto the web site.  I just don't understand what there doing to cause this.

The last two years they have not fixed the problem.  That's bad business!

I just tried to log into the ball a day give away and it wouldn't work.  If your going to run some kind of marketing campaign then at least have the web site work properly.

I gotta agree.  A VERY frustrating site to try and use.

You don't HAVE to visit their site if you don't want to.  In fact, If you don't register for the ball a day give away, I have a better chance.

If you do want to register, I guess you will have to suffer like the rest of us.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Never argue with an idiot!
The spectators won't know who is who.

Your right I don't have to do anything but it would be nice if they had there web site working properly.  If you want to be a top notch company then you should have your web site running properly.  I would think after two years someone would get this figured out.

If anyone had a technical contact over there I could point them to a couple resources to speed things up.

Imagine caching / caching the front page would be a super start.

I don't worry about the website since I don't throw sites down the lane.  I can view the ball info in any number of places other than the site.  Bottom line...the gear is good.  You're not a bunch of dummies.  If the site isn't up and running...look for the ball somewhere else.  You'll still find the exact same info that's on the site.  The only EXCEPTION to this RULE is access to the forums.

What's even more irritating is watching people win that giveaway MULTIPLE times.  Oh well, I don't need any Track balls anyhow, my Hammers are TOO GOOD!

I'm not a bowler, but I do play one on Ballreviews.

If you don't like Wrigley, you might as well leave the country and join the Taliban.

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Selliger of the Southern Cal bowling league. I just got a report that a member of your team, Walter Solcheck, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true, it controveens a number of league bylaws.
