I do not see the Thrash as more angular that then Threat. Bowling on the same pair, I have a Thrash, a teammate of mine has a Threat. We bowl very similiar except I have about 2 mph more on the ball speed. My Thrash is very even rolling, devinately not a flip. His Threat is more skid snap. We have very similiar drillings, except he has his pin at 4 1/4 away from his pap, and I have mine set at just above 4. The Cgs are in identical positions.

As rated by Bowling This Month Magazine. Their numbers always vary compared to the company's. But the category still means the same thing.

They comment that the core gives allows the Thrash to read the lane sooner than the Threat with a smoother breakpoint.


---this is exactly what I see when we throw our's side by side. I can stay with the Thrash longer because of the more aggressive finish on it than the Threat. Also, in track's own works in their advertisements "stong arcing backend reaction"

Rock, for me it still does well in carrydown and as in my profile, I have alot of ball speed. If it starts coming a little light because of carrydown, a 1 right with my feet and 1 rt with my target works well. On the same condition, my teammate--his name is Todd--has to switch to his Mutant.

My Thrash starts up sooner and smoother overall than the Threat.  It works slightly better on carrydown but not as well as a Freak Out.  Hopefully the TT will work just as well on carrydown but with more control.  I'll have mine drilled up in the next few days.

Most of the time i could use my Thrash on medium-heavy oill, i can see how some people may say its more angular also depends how they have their ball drilled up. so i would say the thrash can be a controllable arc and more of a angular ball.
