What Do You Want The Next Track Balls To Be??

Would like to see Track come out with a high-end particle pearl or something pearl in the Temper Line for medium or lighter oil.

Yes anything for drier lane conditions that would not be so over/under.  I just can not keep my ball speed up for the third game and with the breakdown of the oil pattern I do not have anything in the Track that I can use.  Last weeks two sets with my EQ2 (all my other Tracks are more aggressive) 207-244-179 630 and 221-232-178 631 I can see a pattern there it seems like no matter how much I move left it is still diving through the nose.  So I want something that is milder that I can use for a complete set by making a few adjustments.

Have you Tried drilling a Tantrum with a 6" or 7" pin? Whats your Axis Maeasurements?

Or even drilling one with a real close pin to PAP layout. The 1" from val, 1" from PAP and everything kicked away from your hand layout on a tantrum is great for really flippy backends, or just to even out overunder patterns.

I dont tend to use the further away layouts unless I need something to get through dry heads. I tend to like the closer to PAP layouts due to me getting to much over under with some of the longer layouts. I create enough flip for myself.

We have alot of older wood houses here in the Northeast that the heads get so burnt the further pin placements help out alot. The 1" x 1" is an excellent layout for shorter lighter patterns for me to help blend out the over under.

Our Mid performance line ie. the tantrum, temper and new 5 series have low Mass Bias ratings that can be drilled and react similiar to a symetrical ball.

All but two houses in my local area are wood. However I can still get the ball through the heads rather well even on stuff like guardian. So I still need layouts that control the backend for me. My ave Axis rotation is around 65 degrees or more so layouts like the one I have on the tantrum are great.

Now for the symetrical stuff. This is really not a need because after drilling you still have an asymetrical ball. However like Billy said because the MB on them are way under the signifigance number you dont have to worry about them when you drill the ball. They are still marked so the guys who want to take them into account can.

I would like to see Track bring back some of the old cores.  The Animal core with a reactive coverstock would be nice.

You will never see the old cores as long as the Track brand is part of Ebonite International.  The do not pour multi-density cores that have to be glued together.  One piece cores is what is the most cost effective to use.  That is what they were saying at the Showcases / Pro-shop demo days they had a few months back.
