Drilled 2nd Inertia!

Drilled a 2nd Inertia....IDENTICAL layout to the 1st...pin tucked under fingers on centerline, 5 1/2 from PAP, cg kicked toward PAP, mass bias about 1 inch from VAL...extra hole on VAL in thumb quadrant as the cg fell in the thumb quadrant on both.

I dulled the 2nd one with a green scotchbrite....my first is factory surface....WOW...what a difference between the 2...the dull one starts MUCH earlier (obviously) while the factory surface one gets through the heads with ease and has a more defined move to the pocket. EASILY 6-8 boards difference between the ball. The dull one opened the lanes up for me, and when the shot broke down and the dull one would want to move a tisker early, move a few right and pull out the factory surface Inertia and BINGO!!!!!

Great 1-2 punch....I could see myself just bringing these 2 balls to league (like that will happen) and I would be confident to have pretty much everything needed....for league.

That's great Clint! Was there any carrydown, if so how was the ball?

Is it time to get 10 of these??

No carrydown...fresh Classic Scratch league shot (my Friday league) and was also testing my 3 Meanies..see my other post for their reviews...

Nope...I think I am only going to drill 4 more for a total of 6 and put 2 away....and 3 more Meanies for 6 of them as well...and I am going to throw the drill Beans gave you for your Inertia on both an Inertia and Mean and see what happens!

Awesome Clint!! Definetly tell me what happens when you drill the Inertia the way Beans told me to!! I'd love to hear the reaction you get out of it, because i'm very curious about this layout.. (plus we both have the same PAP)

btw, when are you doing that layout on it? (Bean's layout?)

I am not drilling any more Inertias until after my next shipment comes in...and even then, I need to wait and see how many orders I get...don't want to drill and then not be able to fill my orders!

boy reading this makes me even more anxious to get my inertia (MONDAY!!!!)

clint and i talked about it and we are going with a pin under ring mb strong weight hole (if needed) past my pap pitched away
so something like a 4 x 4-1/2MB x 1.5 above the midline
he also hit mine with a green pad...

CANT WAIT!!!
