More praise to Tenpinspro (Rick)
« on: April 16, 2004, 09:11:45 AM »
I want to take a minute to thank Rick. He has been one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever come across. Initially I had a question regarding a purchase of a new ball (The Crash). He directed me away from that and into a Crunchtime and a Phenom Unleashed. Well, over the past week and a half, I have spent quite a few hours speaking with him on the phone regarding drill patterns for these balls and how to get them to react the way I want them to. Well, I threw the CT for the first time tonight and even though numbers arent important, I shot a nice 617 set with only 3 opens all night!! I have never met anyone online or in person that genuinely wants to help others succeed, but Rick put all that to an end. Rick, I cant thank you enough. The CT is great and hopefully I will do well with it in my State Tourney this Sunday. If I get a chance I will call you Saturday afternoon at some point. Thanks again!!

Okay guys, I'm back...tax man had me going crazy...lol.

I'll do it all here, Rock77, Buckeyemike and all others, thanks for the words.  It's still the Indian and not the arrow.  I'm just kind of bending and shaping the arrow accordingly...

BuckeyeMike, I hate guys like you....  You didn't even practice with that ball, I couldn't beat guys like you before at home and I still can't!!

Rock77, very happy to hear the scores and that the reaction was good for you.  I think the conversations helped a lot to get us on the same page for what you were looking for.  Sounds good bud and go whack'em this weekend!  Talk to you Sat.

To all, please feel free to ask questions so that you can always have that second opinion to work from.  Never hurts to ask...and with the expertise of King of the Mill, BowlDoc4U, Excaliber, A.Chapman...and sometimes me....how can you go wrong?  I haven't run into a better bunch of guys who are out here helping others on their time for "free".  Hey guys, maybe we could change that?  (just kidding)  Just trying to keep the game alive and fun for all, and it's a lot more fun when you're scoring!  Thanks again...
