Hello everyone. My name is Joe and I was wondering what has everybody done to the cover of their Rule. My buddy and I have hit ours with a burgundy pad. He's a lefty (low tracker, 16-18 mph, good amount of revs) and I'm a righty (medium track, 15-17 mph, good amount of revs, pap is 3 7/8in and 1/4in up).
i usually use this ball on synthetics and play soft from in deep.

Name it, I have 5 original Rules. A few different drills with different surfaces. I usually drill 2 balls exactly the same, then change the out of box surface on one and leave the other as is. The GOO cover, on all 3 intros this year, even the pearl Xception, has been very versatile and holds up pretty well overall.
If you have any specific q's, please let us know, we will be happy to help!

I used a green scotchbrite on one of mine, and the other I used a burgandy scotchbrite then applied some Clean n Sheen. That one gave me a very smooth backend.

Nothing, left mine as is. Shot 800 and 300 a few weeks ago, great ball on medium conditions for me with the out of box condition. Very impressed with it. Clean and sheen it every 3-4 weeks.

When I originally got my Rule ball grabbed a little too much for my liking. Hit it with some Storm #1 polish and it worked perfectly. Since them I have been using Tracks Reaction Plus. This seems to keep my Rule right in the groove.

Hey Dyno-Joe,
I also took mine down to about 600 (when it shined up) and then applied Clean and Dull to get it back to the original look. It took about a game to burn off a little but looked just like new after that, hope this helps.
