What Track ball?
« on: December 29, 2005, 12:45:36 PM »
What Track ball do you like to throw the most?  It can be old or new.

For me it's the animal!  Like no one knew that! lol

The Arsenal Angular is usually the first ball out of the bag, but the Exception gets plenty of use.

I'd throw my Rule more if it was 15lbs, but it's only 14lbs .  My Freak-A-Zoid gets a lot of play-time.  I'm not completely happy with my Xception 5.0 yet, but I'm still playing around with the surface until I find something I like, so I use it a lot as well

I own 3 Track balls and my Havoc is the one I throw the most out of the three. It's been the first ball out of my bag since early this spring. However, a couple weeks ago, they have doing something different to the lanes (not taking care of them really) in one house and my Triple X has now become my forst ball out of my bag.

Last season it was the Rule. This season it's been a tie between the RoboRule and Havoc, depending on the conditions and the way the lanes break down.

Does the NRG still count? It's the only track ball I have.
Used to think it was an acronym for "Nice Rev Gil".

Currently I have a difficult time putting down the Robo Rule. It is the same type of situation I had with the GP2.......too strong to be using on the conditions that I am using it but I just cannot seem to put it down.

It's a toss up between my Solution PP and my Robo...I went with a different layout on the Solution (3x2.5) and it's scoring very well, hard to put that down.

I'll go older for you, how about the Hex, the original green one, over 3 years old and still a good ball for me.

Well for the last 4 weeks it was my
Angular, but last night i rolled my
Animal Untamed and shot a 743. I really
love them both pretty much equally. If
i had to choose 1 i would say the Angular.

The Phenom is fun to throw, my last practice set last year though i picked up my EMB pearl(which i'd just resurfaced and left a little duller than its box finish) and it was like the thing had grown a brain, about 2-3 boards hold more than it had and sets up in the hole like its got eyes!!

The freakazoid is always my first one out of the bag. I can usually get throught the first two league games. After that would be the angular.
