DUDE WE ALREADY TOLD U A THOUSAND TIMES ITS NOT FOR HEAVY OIL NO MATTER WHAT ITS AT EXCEPT FOR MAYBE 320 U SHOULD'VE LISTENED AND GOT THE RISING BUT IT SEEMS U WERE SET ON THE KE NO MATTER WHAT WE TOLD U.

Im so glad people are brainwashed to thinking that if they buy a new ball they will carry everything. And its even funnier when im carrying with my 15 year old ball and they're going flat ten.

You need to relax. I don't think this was called for.
I wouldn't take the ball down much further than 1000 unless you do 500 by hand really lightly. Too much pressure and you can put lines in the ball. I learned the hard way when I got my spinner. LOL

The KE is an excellent oil side of medium selection even at OOB. A slight scuffing (1000 as Lou stated) will increase the oil capability, but that is what the Rising is for. I have my Rising at 1000A & KE OOB. Am awaiting the Uprising to determine if it will be above or below the KE so I can select the correct surface for the KE since I will prob leave the UR OOB @ 4000 polish. My 2 cents.....

ok.. tnx guys...well I was actually thinking about scuffing it with abralon 500 by hand and not by sanding it with a spinner...well, I'll just try it out.. wen would the Uprising be coming out??

Uprising is not going to be a heavy oil suited ball. It is a polished ball that is supposed to be able to be used on a wider variety of conditions

I am sure the UpRising will take well to surface changes but if you going to pruchase a new ball to be condition specific, it is better to go with the best match versus the newest ball. The Rising is the best match for heavy oil.
