"Coverstock Power Plus with Mica" ... this is the description in BR under TRACK balls; I checked the TRACK site too and it wasn't any clearer to me. Maybe I'm just being a bit "blonde" here, but I'm trying to decide between the Heat and the Solution PP EX.
Does anyone know for sure
TIA ...

The Mica was an additive to reactives before particles came out...I believe sort of an early particle before particle was thought of.
