I d/l this from Trckbowling.com (Rising drill sheet link)....

Track Rising Basic Drilling Instructions

The drilling instructions included are specifically for the Track Rising Ball. The basic layout has been developed to simplify ball reaction for average bowlers. You need to be a FastTrack member to receive a code... that section of the website will be closed to the public apparently.
