Robo Rule
« on: November 28, 2005, 04:27:51 AM »
Is it a solid or pearl particle? I'm looking for strong midlane and continuous movement on the backend.

It's a 38' - 40' THS where everything right now is skidding too far, and I have adjusted surface and hand positions. I need something that will cut through some oil, and yet still have 'some' energy on the back.

Could it be a good choice for my stats (see profile)?

It is a particle solid.

I think this may be a great choice for the condition described. The light load of particles will help the ball save energy for the backend, but the 800 grit surface and core will help the ball want to start up....what do you get...a ball that gets through the heads better than the GP2 with more continuation on the backend!

Could this overlap my Total Shock & Awe if drilled similar? I was thinking something like 3 1/2 X 5 3/4 MB. It should be an aggressive layout with an angular breakpoint, right? Or am I right back where I started, something that will push too far down lane?

I noticed the Robo Rule has a higher hook rating, even more than the GP2?

The hook rating can be misleading...look at the specs....the spin time is higher, less particles (but same cover as GP2) all tells me the hook is in the backend...but it will be able to handle plenty of oil, just not quite as much as the GP2. With the Total being resin (I believe)...it should give you a different look.

My Total Shock has great midlane movement, but nothing left on the backend. By the way, the Total Shock is a solid resin.

If I order the Robo Rule, I'm hoping it will remedy the problem.
