Mini Review: Power Machine
« on: January 27, 2007, 08:33:18 AM »
I threw a few games with it today just practicing so i will report my findings...

http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=4616435

the final drill ended up at 3-3/4 x 5-1/2 MB x 1.5 above the midline

As i said in the previous thread i was looking for a ball to move in deep when the lanes start to transition...something that fits between my Radar Alert and my Radar Lock...

Took it out to the lanes without the weight hole (it was at about 1-5/8 side) and it pushed a little to far for my liking so we pitched the hole away to help it kick a little more and stay away from the core...took it back out again BINGO!!!  As i was throwing it i couldn't believe how much i had to move in now to get it to the right so it had room to make the HUGE move it makes....

this thing spins up REAL hard in the mids and then just goes...its exactly what i was looking for! it allowed me to move in as far as i wanted without having to worry about it not coming back.

this is one of those balls that is just flat out FUN to throw...my "A" game is not stand left and throw right, but on a fresh house shot this is what it allows me to do

I will be bowling on chameleon tomorrow and i will report back how it works on the tougher stuff...

Thanks for reading and feel free to ask questions...be on the lookout for my video coming soon!

Britton,

Glad to hear you like the Power Machine.  The recovery on this ball never ceases to amaze me.  Looking forward to see how it does on the Chameleon pattern for you.  Also, can't wait to see the video!

I know I love mine. I can use it on almost any conditions. The backend recovery of the Power Machine is unequaled by anything I have seen.

Keep us posted on your results!
