505C vs. Freeze?
« on: October 19, 2009, 03:28:41 PM »
How do they compare. I threw a demo 505C during league and went 257 264 ball rolls amazing, and that takes a lot from me coming from a track ball. Its good on drier lanes for me. so would a freeze be more ball or less?

Ive driled several of both of these balls for customers and from what I see is that the 505c is going to give you similar length as the freeze BUT.. the Freeze will be alot more angular off the spot, where the 505c is a smooth arc.
Id like to hear what some of the other drillers and owners of these 2 balls compare.

I will say this if you are looking for a lane for very dry lanes or true burn neither.. both are fairly strong.. Depending on drilling The 505 is more rolly but it still can go left with certain drilling.. A guy I bowl with has one and when it hits friction it jumps..

i threw the demo 505c my shop had during league and had 521 after 2, then switched balls when i couldnt shoot 800 anymore the lanes were fairly dry. I wrote off track with all there old stuff pre-number series but now im considering the 505c

I have the 715 A and if the 505 are as good as they look in the videos I have seen the rest of the ball manufactures could be chasing track this year.

The Freeze jumps like crazy!!!! The 505C looks like a 2009 model Blue Triton to me.
