One never knows, but it would make sense that the "Track name" would be used by Columbia to showcase their high end balls. I've had several conversations with staff and ex-staff that the ultimate goal was to use the great Track name for this purpose.
The building of my Columbia Industries Arsenal for the upcoming tournament season:
Track Mean Machine (purchased, not drilled yet)(4.5X5X6mb) medium to heavy oil
Track Machine 5X3.5X4mb medium
Track Equation 5X5 (purchased, soon to be drilled) medium
Columbia Super Trooper 5X3.5 medium dry
Columbia Scout Reactive 5.5X6 dry
Columbia White Dot (Green/purple/white) label DRY-spare ball
fill-in Roto Grip entries
Roto Grip Venus 5X6 medium dry
Roto Grip Saga (soon to arrive) 5X5X6mb? medium
want list:
Track Power Machine*? my heart says "YES".
Track Inertia*? not sure about this one yet, would be nice to have a particle solid in the lineup; have thrown this, great ball!
* I have practiced with all of the Track current lineup of balls, including the Power Machine. Lucky enough to have a track am staffer in the area with close to the same hand specs as mine.
