If Track was not around...ie, never existed...

- What ball company do you think you would be bowling with now?

- What ball on the current market (not Track) would you consider to be the best available today?

- If you couldn't throw Track equipment today, would you even bother bowling?
--------------------
That which doesn't kill you will only make you stronger, that which doesn't make you stronger is a waste of time!

Here are my answers...

- What ball company do you think you would be bowling with now?  Brunswick

- What ball on the current market (not Track) would you consider to be the best available today?  Probably something in the Inferno line...Original or Absolute

- If you couldn't throw Track equipment today, would you even bother bowling?  Not as much...

if you couldn't throw track, then you wouldn't know about track, so.....it wouldn't affect your choice to bowl...see what I mean?

True!  However, I should have prefaced that question with something like "if Track ceased to exist" which would mean after having tasted the golden nectar of God would you go back to drinking water...

If not Track - Lane #1 or Storm
Best available non-Track - Dirty Bomb or the X-Factor Ace
Yes, I would still bowl the same if Track ceased to exist

What company would I bowl with now?  Ebonite

What ball would be the best?  For my game, I'd say the Ebonite Big Time

If I couldn't throw Track today, would I bowl as much?  That depends.  Are we still talking about Track never existing?  If that was the case, I'd just go around thinking Ebonite was great.  If they existed but I was told I couldn't bowl with it, I'd still bowl the same amount but would adapt to a different company like Ebonite.  I mean come on now, anything besides Brunswick right?

surprised that noone said columbia.  i mean, if you like track stuffs, then your natural next step would be columbia ball sicne they share same covers?

thought it was funny.

although i still throw variety of balls from all manufacturers (UI from brunswick, SSP from rotogrip, xception from track, xf deuce from storm, etc) if there was no track, then personally i'd throw rotogrip or morich.

I would probably throw mainly Columbia300, they have some good stuff out recently.

I would consider the Dirty Bomb or the Big Bully among the best non track stuff

I would still bowl as much, I love the game.

I would be throwing Dynothane. There is a lot of Track history over at Dynothane and I think they are making some good equipment. Just not as good as my current Track line up.

Ball Company: Brunswick

Bowling Ball: Absolute Inferno/Zone Classic

Bowling w/o Track?  Having grown to love the hook monsters Track has to offer, I will likely find it difficult to bowl without them.  Bowling is fun regardless of what equipment I throw, as long as it matches up well to my game (for example, my Power Groove reacts awesome on light oil, and I prefer the reaction I get from it over my FAZ) I'll use it!

Without a doubt MoRich. Mo and Del share a lot of the same philosophies and I still use some. My Colossus Pearl is my ditch ball and still is as good as the day I purchased it.
