Had some probs with this a couple of weeks back, where id redrilled the fingers back into ball plug was starting to crack. Decided to plug and redrill on a 'fresh' part of the ball to be on the safe side. That gave me a pin to pap distance of 3"(pin level with the ring finger so about 2 3/8 above midline, pretty big hole an inch above pap) It took some getting used to with the earlier hook and set look i was getting. I tried gloss polish but that gave a very bad core/cover match with this drilling, hit it with a light 4 sided pass with my trusty half-worn green pad and its a monster now!! It turns the corner early and harder than it used to then sets up and rolls like that boulder in Indiana Jones!! Might lob the Arsenal Angular in the retired pile and re-introduce the Artillery too( it should be good on our new conditions since the fixup of the lane machine a few weeks back)
