First league series with Rule Delta 1
« on: February 15, 2006, 06:23:48 AM »
First, I must thank tenpinspro (Rick) for his drilling recommendation and my local driller, Cliff Barnes at my home house in Warner Robins, GA. Also, while the series in total was only 709, the problem was NOT the ball's performance. Operator error i.e., keeping my head down on target caused a few errant shots coupled with two lousy fills and three missed easy spares. Games were 200, 254, 255.

All I can say is this ball should be considered in the pantheon of greats like the Faball Blue Hammer and Brunswick Inferno. The recovery/backend move is powerful and the most consistent I've seen from any piece I've rolled. It creates serious pin action. I've never thrown asymmetrical until now. Most of you know that the ball's a winner so I'm beating a dead horse, but I'm sold on Track.

I concur ... rolled a 236 and my first 300 (practice) with mine; any issues are operator-errors !!!

Great shooting bud.  I'm glad you like the Delta.  For me this ball wasn't any good.

I just got mine about a week ago and still cant believe how this ball performs for me.  I've got about 16 games on it now and only 2 under 200.....it's awesome.  It seems to move just before hitting the pocket exploding the pins.  I played last night and even had one that missed the head pin (operator error)...and still carried...boy did that tick off the opponent

K-Dawg,
What type of drilling do you have on your Delta?

Buck's going to be in the mix in '06!

4.5 pin x 5.5 mass bias (just off the thumb hole) to PAP with the pin 3.5 inches above midline and no weight hole. It goes fairly long and makes an extremely strong arc. I doesn't call for much hand either.
