We bowl the 7th and 8th, booked flight and hotel thru vegas.com, they give customer ratings and comments on all of the hotels. The wife is going this year so we are staying on the strip, but the more reasonable hotels are from the Stratosphere/Hilton area and north into the downtown area. I stayed at the Hilton a month ago while there on business and it was ok for that, but I would probably stay on the strip or downtown for fun.

I fly in the 5th, but I don't bowl until the 11th and 12th. No hotel info as I have relatives in Henderson, staying there. I should be hitting the side tournaments starting Sunday/Monday.

Bowl the 5th and 6th staying at the Four Queens. Had a guy at work stay at the Stratoshphere and he and his wife loved it. Course they had a jacuzzi suite so YMMV.

Bowling: It's cleaner than baseball.

I live here and the Stratosphere is in a bad area of town and somewhat
rundown.  There are much better places to stay--almost any major casino.

Anyone that is out there around the 4-8, and they see a big guy with tattoos, and very tall girl with them.  Say Hi!  its probably me.
