Do you have to prepay for advance booking? how does it work? do you guys know what are the times that he is available?

You have to give credit card info to hold your spot. He doesn't charge you until your actual lesson unless you don't show for your appointment without calling 24 hours in advance. First lesson is at 9 a.m. and appointments are every 90 minutes there after.  Depending on his schedule for the day, he'll probably work in a lunch break.

I know when I booked my lesson he stated he normally started at 9:00 and went to around 4:00 in the PM.
