We stayed there, if at all possible change hotels, we had nothing but problems there, we had to be changed from one room to another because the toilet didn't work, they told us they had several rooms that were out of order, the staff also seemed to be having a lot of problems with other guests also everytime we were in the office. When I came back from Baton Rouge, I emailed Days Inn to let them know it was a very poorly run hotel, and have yet to hear back from then. It used to be a Shoney's Inn, (there's a Shoney's right next door), so they may be trying to fix it up, because it is in shoddy shape, but if it has Days Inn on the sign, they are responsible for it, I was very disappointed with the stay, when they changed our rooms for us, we almost said forget it, and checked into the Ramada next door. If you do stay there, hopefully your stay will be better than ours was, and depending how many balls you're taking, if you get an upstairs room, it can be a little bit of a pain getting your balls up the stairs, not their fault, just an issue with the design, and being there for a bowling tournament. Good luck.
