The solid reactive at 2000 idea came from Mr. Jasnau, who taked for about 30 minutes about the condition earlier in the tournament via podcast. His thinking was that since the lanes are already giving you a skid/snap look then something at 2000 reads the lane, but doesn't jump too hard on the back end.
So much depends on where you play, your ball speed, rev rate, etc., but for team I had a good look with the Alpha Max at 2000. Doubles it was a pearl Anaconda without polish, and singles was a highly polished Avalanche. I stayed around 3rd arrow the whole tournament.
